Filofax Journal Storage Cart

Just a quick blog today to show how I am storing my Filofax Journal and washi tape supplies. I was using a tote, but it was getting a little heavy to carry, so now, I can wheel my stationery about.

I got my idea from Scrapbook/Craft Organization Ideas.  A lot of the members use this Trolley from Ikea, but at £50, I thought it was a little expensive.
It's working pretty well so far and best of all, it cost me less than £9 from Argos.

I would love to hear how you store or carry your own supplies.

  1. Well I'll be darned...I really like your cart! I use the ikea one in grey and love it but could also have been just as happy with the one you have as I already had the teal one being used in a guest room. I decided I needed one for the office but didn't relish spending another $50 ZuS dollars on one. But I ended up doing it and now wish I had seen yours or something similar for sale here in US! Smart buy!

  3. What a great solution! I've been looking at the Ikea one too and I'm just not sure it would get enough use for me to shell out $89 (Aussie). At least with your cart, if you decide to upgrade to the Raskog you will know that it will be worth every penny!

  4. I NEED THIS!! How clever!!!! Right now my supplies are in three different 12x12 storage boxes (for scrapbooking projects) and another pile on my desk, and in a satchel that I can carry my planner in. This is perfect...must go shopping!

  5. Very clever idea! Once I fill up all my desk drawers I may just need to branch out and get one of these bad boys.

  6. I enjoyed your post. I actually have two of the IKEA carts. One I use for all of my planner related activities and one as a library cart. I review books and it comes in handy with the number of books I have around. Thanks for the info. I have a blog post about my storage with photos if you'd like to visit. Donna

  7. I find it amusing that you have no problems in using 50 pounds in a small leather binder, even though you have quite a many of them, but not in a pretty cart. :-D
Nothing mean or critical, just amused. :-)
